On June 28, 2023, Professor He from the College of Agriculture of Northwest A&F University led the leaders of Yangling District of Shaanxi Province to visit the Science and Technology Academy.
Mr.He pointed out the defects of wheat planting varieties in Xinjiang, proposed the planting prospects of black wheat or colored wheat in Xinjiang.
He called on the small School of Science and Technology to serve as the bridgehead for the construction of agricultural College in Xinjiang, which needs to better promote black wheat and bring greater economic benefits to the people of Xinjiang.
