Abstract:
This study aims to dissect the genetic mechanism by which Rht-1/2 improves the harvest index by regulating key traits of wheat, such as plant height, biomass allocation, and grain development, and to reveal the genetic regulatory network between Rht-1/2 and its interacting genes on the wheat harvest index, thereby providing a theoretical basis for multi-pathway coordinated optimization in high-yield wheat breeding.
