Abstract:
Studied the effects of pairwise combinations of haplotypes of four QTLs on grain shape. The results showed that Qklwr-1D.1 with Qklwr-2B.6, and Qklwr-3A.6 with Qklwr-6B.5 exhibited additive effects, indicating that their combinations can significantly alter grain shape.
