Abstract:
In summary, GWAS analysis of regionally specific cultivated resources identified three QTLs associated with plant height, revealing unique haplotype selection patterns in Xinjiang. These findings provide novel genes and insights for precision breeding. The results hold significant implications for developing high-yielding wheat varieties adapted to Xinjiang's ecological conditions.
