Our laboratory has generated and collected a comprehensive collection of mutants in Wheat, Arabidopsis and Rice, focusing on genes involved in abiotic stress tolerance. This database provides detailed information about each mutant line, including generation, seed count and representative images.

The hot5-2 was constructed using the wild-type Col as the background and incorporating the T-DNA insertion allele S-nitrosoglutathione reductase(GSNOR) gene (gene number At5g43940).
The pin3-5 mutant is a T-DNA insertion-based functional loss mutant (a typical type from the SALK mutant library) with the wild-type Col background. The T-DNA fragment is inserted into the coding region of PIN3 (At1g70940).
The pin3-5 hot5-2 mutant was generated by crossing the hot5-2 mutant with the pin3-5 mutant, and the F2 generation was screened to identify the homozygous double mutant (with the wild-type Col background) that carried both mutant alleles simultaneously.
The tir1-8 mutant is a point mutation (missense mutation) of TIR1 (At3g62980), and it is a mutant with reduced function.
The tir1-8 hot5-2 mutant was obtained by crossing tir1-8 with hot5-2, and then screening for homozygous double mutant individuals in the F2 generation, with the wild-type Col as the background.
